This baby is still on the mountain. If you are
interested in one like her, There are many
available for sale. All are registered with the
SSMA. The sale of these babies
helps take care of the many bands of horses  
that continue to run on the mountain,
as Gilbert Jones intended.

You must be a member in good standing
to register a horse with the SSMA.
Membership Dues are $5.00 per person per year.
Any foal out of an SSMA  registered sire &  dam is eligible
for registration upon the  filing  of proper forms &  payment of fees,
providing the breeder is a member in good standing with the association.
    To register foals you must submit the following:
    1...Photo of foal sucking the DAM.
    2...Photos of the front, rear, left & right side.
    Also, A photo of the left & the right to be placed on the Certificate
    of Registration.
    3...$10.00 fee per horse.
    Application, Fee & COLOR Photos shall be sent to the Chairman
    of the SSMA for processing.
  • Breeder's Case History shall be kept on any member who is listed
    on the Breeder's list. The first of each year a green sheet will be
    sent out to each breeder, requesting complete information on ALL
    HORSE STOCK THEY OWN. It is mandatory this information be
    returned, as it is vital in keeping records of all registered (as well as
    non-registered) horses.
